FaD question: can two accounts be combined?

Hey!

The title says it all! I've accidently created another account called "Nickname" and sent some 14000 points to it. Can I combine these two accounts by contacting an FaD admin?

Try changing the email addr on that account to your other one.

Just change the nick and email address on the node you want to merge.

No they should merge back into the other account as long as he still have the node with the wrong nic on it. You run into problems when you can no longer access the original nodes.

My experience says to change ONLY 1 of the two (either nickname or email address) wait for a stats update then change the other.

I had some points that became "orphans" when I changed both simultaneously.
