FaD Job queue server Question

Anyone know if it is possible to have the job queue server running and let other machines crunch and return results, while the host machine is not actively crunching itself? For instance, make FaD sleep or kill the THINK process, but still allow the other machines on the network to run? And will they still connect and send results? Thanks.

Interesting question... I just tested that, putting my server machine to sleep, and it didn't change one of the remotes... that one just kept crunching. On the server, I see the THINK job has disappeared, but the FADSETUP job is still alive... none of mine are close to sending results yet, so I don't know if the server goes to sleep too... I just saw the time on the server queue for the remote machine update, so it *looks* like the server still chugs along :)

Thanks Geoffs. I will try it too, but I am not around the computer in am wondering about. Let me know if you keep it asleep and it still sends the results.
