FaD: "hits" and "points"

Something that's been bugging me since I started FaD crunching.

What do the terms "hits" and "points" mean and how are they calculated? Which one determines our global FaD ranking?

Hits are
"This is a molecule which is predicted to interact or bind with the protein receptor"

And this
"CPU rating is points per hour. Points equal CPU rating multiplied by time. "
Points determines ranking
