I apologize if this has already been discussed. I'm planning on upgrading my video card in the not distant future. Based on prior experience with stock cooling, changing it with after-market cooling solution provides a large drop in temps. Thus, I plan to get a Zalman 700 along w/ whatever card I buy. From that assumption, will a factory overclocked 7800GTX overclock even more than a non-overclocked one?
And are there cards with actual good stock cooling? Reading on the evga car with ACS, the temp drops compared to non-ACS version wasn't as great as I had expected compared to say a Zalman 700. Thx for any input.
