Factory gforce fan stopped working, where can I buy?

Topic pretty much says it all. The fan on my gforce has stopped working. Anyone know where I can buy a replacement fan to sit down into the heatsink?

get a blue orb, you have to remove the current heatsink, but thats your best bet. if your not comfortable doing that, getting more info on what kinda of geforce you got, and what company its made by would help.
 
It's a creative labs gforce 1. The fan is the exact same (part number and everything) as a gforce that came with a dell pc i got as well. The model number of the fan btw is AP4512MX-G90 if that helps.
