Disagree with all of this. The number of users and their activity is number 1 compared to any other site. What will replace FB?

Something out of someone’s dorm room or garage or bedroom. Just like myspace was killed by FB.

Don't expect to see a FB killer coming out of Google,Microsoft etc..

It will come out of left field and no one will expect it.

They write about how the guy planned to sell his shares at whatever price before the IPO (the day of?) even happened like a good thing. More like he knew the party was over a long time ago...

There will be a rebound when Zuckerberg et. al. stop cashing out shares. There is legitimate interest in the company, the price was set way too high.

IMO.

There will be a second round of restriction lifted early November, which then would add another 1.1 billion shares to the float. Good luck.

Not with a P/E of 100

Google is at 20, Apple at 15.

100 is just stupid. They will have to pull some serious revenue gains out of their asses to even justify a $10 share price, which is where this stock is heading.

Agree 100%. I think it will stabilize at around $12/share myself. I don't really care thought. I don't know what they are doing internally. Hopefully something huge. And no phone is going to save them. Maybe it will be a free ad supported phone though ????

Who knows though. FB is for morons. Their success was a combination of timing, not execution. Right time, right place. 5 years before or after it's creation and no one would have had cared because someone else would have done it.
