Most folks are missing the point. I'm not complaining about how much data is or isn't exposed, I'm curious about the basic system function in the use case where platform apps is disabled. So far nobody's made a guess at that.

unless there is a FB tutorial to explain it, i am not sure how anyone could figure it out

that is, you'd need a bunch of people coordinating changing their settings and then checking with each other on what they can and cannot access. along with that, you'd probably need some test FB pages to see if , depending on how they are configured, any user info was accessible from the pages (pages you 'like' or 'subscribe' to)

in theory, you can get FB to tell you. go to account settings, general account settings, underneath "Language" it says:

Download a copy of your Facebook data.

where "Download a copy" is a link to get an "Archive" of what you have put on FB

What's in your archive?
Photos or videos you've shared on Facebook
Your Wall posts, messages and chat conversations
Your friends' names and some of their email addresses
(Note: We'll only include email addresses for friends who've allowed this in their account settings.)
What's not in your archive?
Your friends' photos and status updates
Other people's personal info
Comments you've made on other people's posts
Caution: Protect your archive
Your Facebook archive includes sensitive info like your private Wall posts, photos and profile information. Please keep this in mind before storing, sending or uploading your archive to any other site or service.
it makes you click through some boxes, then says "You will receive an email when your archive is ready for download."

i'll post back after i get the email and see what format the info is in
