face smoothing cream or something

I have loads of poc-marks and bumps and pits on my face left over from when I had crazy acne a few years ago. is there some sort of cream or something that helps these heal? I thought they would just heal after a few years, but they're still there and my friend's dad says he still has them from when he was a kid and had crazy acne.
 
i don't think there is any cream to help that. got to a dermatologist and get an opinion. some microderm abrasion might help.
 
I would like to know this as well.

However, a dermatologist told me that I would have to get collagen injections.
