Niether does mine :(

Of course it only has one floor so that could be the reason, though it is 45K square feet so the walk to my desk in a little long ;)

You're being denied the american dream of being an overstuffed turkey. Sue your place of employment for not putting in a conveyor belt to lug your ass to your desk. Why should the vertically challenged have all the fun of motorized transport? The horizontally transported masses have the right to store massive amounts of blubber on their person as well.

I just started exercising 3 weeks ago and I have never felt better in my life. I'm 33yo, 5'9", about 210#. I haven't exercised in over 10 years and have pretty much eaten what I've wanted. Now, I'm up to 1.5 miles a day brisk walking on the treadmill (mornings), some abd crunches, eat egg whites, grilled chicken, salads, yogurts, and drink 10-12 cups of H2O per day. Three weeks ago, I was a dr. pepperaholic, drinking a 6pack/day. Since starting this 3 weeks ago, I've noticed a big difference in the appearance of my face, legs, and waist. I haven't weiged but I figure I've lost at least 10 lbs. The first 3-4 days I really had to push myself into doing this but now, when I get up in the morning, exercising and eating right is all I want to do. I can't really do any weight training yet because of a shoulder injury from last year. But, as it gets better, I'm going to try and add some in to the program. It does take time. I figure it took me 10 years to look like I do now. It won't get better overnight.

With an attitude like that you will succeed.

Thanks Red Dawn for the vote of confidence. I'm so serious. I've never felt better in my life. My wife is also doing this type of stuff too. Although, she's a toothpick. She is 5'6 and only 125#. But, she's helping me tons with cheering me on. I think it has also strengthened our relationship as well. Although it was great to begin with.;)
