i think it should be for users that have been registered for a while... for example people dont jsut sign up for a free email, then not use it 90% of the time.

but if its this great email, id use it.

i doubt yahoo does that...
you might've given your email out to a third party by mistake...even if thats not the case...there are a number of diff reasons why you are getting so many spams and i doubt yahoo is one of them
