fable and kotor

i loved fable. it was fun. combat was not too difficult yet had some variety to it.

how is the combat in kotor? is it comparable to fable?

Combat is nothing like fable except the fact they are both 3rd person. You set up a list of attacks and let the character preform them for you while you watch. Its not a hack and slash; it is more based on a turn system.

oh cool. so you don't need to have quick fingers to win battles in kotor?

Nope. Not at all. You kind of just select a line of attacks (such as normal attack, then powerful attack, then force lightning or something) and then wait for your character to carry them out. You don't really move your character while they are preforming the attacks.

QFT. I like turn based combat anyway - it's really the only decent option for an RPG.

I hate rpg's where you only control 1 character. There just isn't enough to do in combat. You just kinda tell your character to fight and watch him do it. Boring.
