F8 not working when installing Windows XP Pro**FIXED**

I just got a new HDD and I'm at the blue screen where it tells you to Press F8 to continue installing XP. I press F8 and nothing happens. I can scroll up and down the EULA and I can also press ESC. I've installed XP many times on my old HDD. Why doesnt it work on this one? Its a Western Digital. My old one was a Maxtor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Finallygot it to work. I just switched out KB. I have a Micro Innovation KB that I bought from Wal-Mart a few months back. I switched it out with a Logitetch.
