F1-F9 keys not working in games

My F# keys aren't working in games. Dunno why. Keyboard's up to date and everything (microsoft ergo 4000). F1 seems to work come to think of it, but nothing else. Never had this prob before. Any idears?

Have you tried another KB?

Well the only place I use the F# keys is in games, so they might not work in any other apps either. I don't know why but games aren't recognizing them.
