Can the DOt or who ever does road paving not do it anymore?


A intersection near me needed a stop light pretty badly. worse intersection in georgia actually. So finally they decided to do something about it. What did they do? well they first decided to jack the road up at least 10ft in the air or more. Why who knows it wasnt needed. Then they ended up cutting off 3 parts of the 4 interestion to raise it up. well the part we drive on now SUCKS! and its pretty much the final thing it seems. Its bumpy as crap and its alreadying starting to cave in from all the traffic. Not to mention the damn road is falling apart. And the parts that arent the paving just sucks in the way they did it. If they dont do a good final resurface Im highly considering writing a strong letter to the local city hall telling them they just wasted all of our tax money.

sides with the money NOT spent on raising the freakin road 10+ feet in the air they could have repaved the rest of the road that actually needs it. Thing gets holes in it every time it rans. :|
 
Im typing in a weird position so things dont work as well as they should. I make good grades in english 🙂
 
They intentionally do terrible road work to always be employed to fix things when they break. My best friend's grandfather invented/patented a lot of the designs for the road machines that the US has, he was in Russia and because of the iron curtain, his designs were stolen and used here.

you don't see roads in europe with potholes all over the place.

LOL you dont see potholes in Georia like you do here in Albany NY.

Water freezes,and it expands,causing potholes.

Lots of freeze thaw cycles here. Ugh. 🙁
 
so they decided to repave my g/f's street here in los angeles...about 3 weeks ago the dug up about 1/4 mile of road and have done nothing since, so now its just a torn up road and its rained a ridiculus amount the last couple of weeks so now its just huge holes all over the place
