I've been having problems right from day 1, but this is the last straw!

Last month, I had a $50 credit to my bill (I got a rebate) so as of the end of the last bill, I still had a $14 credit.

Well I just got my new bill (which is paid automatically because I signed up for the automatic bill paying feature)

Previous Balance Due: $36
Late charges: $ .55
Weekday Minutes used 44 (I get 50 free /month): $14
Messaging package (voice mail/call id) which I cancelled last month: $7
Call ID Line: $3


I've had it with this company. Charging me for a bill I have already paid, charging me late fees on it, charging me for services I cancelled/never had, then charging me for time which I already pay for in the package I selected!

I want to terminate my account immediately but what about these damn contracts I signed?!? I've I cancel, they are going to charge me $200 for terminating the account early, then $300 because the company they get the phone from (which cost me $200) gave them some big discount!

How do I bitch my way out of this bullsh!t?!? I'm so pissed off right now!!

call them and complain about their billing problems. keep a record of everything they get wrong. the contract is a two way street, if you collect enough bad stuff and prove they didnt keep their end of the contract you can get out of it.
