Hello there,

My first post and it has to be a problem :)

I've installed the F-I90HD board in a SilverStone Tek SG01e SFF case including the following items:
Intel Core 2Duo@2.4GHz
2GB of Patriot eXtreme 800 DDR RAM ( set at 4-4-4-12 - VDIMM 2.2 Volts)
500GB Seagate SATA HD
LITEON SATA DVD Burner
500 Watt SilverStone Tek PSU ST50EF Plus SC
CPU Cooler SilverStone Tek NT06-Lite
Everytime I want to install WIN XP Pro, the system shuts down.
I get to the "Enter" prompt to continue the install and the computer turns off!
I ran 3 different RAM tests and they all show the RAM as good, I've tried to
install with only 1 RAM chip, the same thing happens, the system shuts down!
I also tried the install with an IDE DVD drive just in case and still system shuts down!
Is the board defective somehow?
Any ideas?

Well I'm answering my own question here :)

This is very strange, I looked in my BIOS and I had "shutdown when sys fan fails" enabled.
And I think that meant the cpu fan, which I don't have connected due to my heatpipes cpu cooler. Once I disabled it the WIN install kept on going nicely, I'm formatting ny hd as we speak. And keeping my fingers crossed
