F@H won't run on my WIN ME laptop

Tried to install latest GUI version and when i tried to run it a box came up that said The WINFAH.EXE is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:GetLastInputInfo. anyone know what this means, i've never seen it before. How do i correct it?

EDIT: Just tried to uninstall it and now it won't even do that!!

Can you try getting Windows 98 or 2000 on the laptop? The only thing I could think of would be to do a system restore to before F@H was installed and give it another try.

EDIT: You have to use the 4.0 client on 9x\ME, 5.02 won't work.
