F@H: We're ahead of TechIMO now, but just barely!

W😀😀T!! Only 56.029981971 more points and we can catch TechIMO in Folding@Home!!! 😛

Edit: Now, we've passed them, but we need more help. More, more, more!

Well it may take a little longer than we were thinking...
My production is going to take a big hit, the kids are moving on and taking the 2 Duron rigs with them. I'll leave the F@H installed, but I doubt that they will run it.

On the upside I should have a Celery rig up and running soon., but it won't come close to matching the output of the 2 Durons @866.

Now that we're ahead, we can't become lazy.
BTW, has anyone who frequents the TechIMO forums noticed if they have noticed our passing them? 😉

while speaking of F@H... anyone have any WU that take over a week to do?? i was just checking my folding@home monitor and the one i'm on now is slated to finish in eight days.

I've never had a WU that took that long. However, tell us what kind of WU it is, and what the specs of the system that's doing it, please.

I've got a variant of proteinA at work that's taking 69 minutes a frame 🙁. Longest I've seen yet (933 PIII Xeon).

Are you sure you don't have another process running in the background taking up CPU cycles from F@H? That's an awfully long WU time for that fast of a machine.
