Welcome to the TeAm drthkid and Jcross. 😀

Congratulations to the MM's. 😎

Thanks kb3edk.

I'm glad to see we are moving up, even in the dog days of summer-my electric bill has been staggering the last two months. I'm also happy to see new users and all the milestones reached.

Ever since they brought back the QMD's after their two day hiatus I'm getting them on rigs that never got them in the past. Done wonders for my average too. One problem though, I had to take F@H out of startup because for some reason every thing will not load properly if F@H is in the middle of a QMD and I have to restart for some reason. No biggie. I'm thinking of switching to the console version anyway, so that might help the loading problem.

Thanks for the stats kb3edk

@JeffCos: I think you'll like a service install on the console better if you decide to try it

Congrats to the MMs and WELCOME to drthkid and Jcross

Congratulations to the Milestone Makers!

Congratulations to our new #1 Producer, ShotgunSi

Homerick, welcome to the 50K Club 😀

TheTerl, welcome to the Top 200 😛

Thanks Adam 😎

EDIT: New overtake: DPC!!

Looks like we got a few new members and production is holding up. We really need some net systems admin that has a ginormous network to join here and bring his whole north atlantic fleet onboard. The first batallion might help as well. The summer really seems to kill us around here with all the kids home from college. Grrr

Welcome back, Chaotic42 🙂

Thump553, welcome to the 250K Club 😀

JoshLiechty, welcome to the 150K Club

1 3.2 ghz P4c folding 2 instances
1 2.8 ghz P4C (for now) 1 instance
Soon, if all goes well, a 3200+ barton 🙂

Hey, when I format my HD or upgrade my computer, I need to enter the team number. I come here to find it.
And I always have to hunt for it. Would it be possible to have that as part of you usual stats anouncement? Maybe right next to where it says this..
Welcome to TeAm AnandTech F@H
What is it, by the way?

I forgot to ask before...Do you have -advmethods on both of those instances on your 3.2? If so you might want to take one off. There has been some discussion that when folding a QMD it uses so much of the computrs resources 2 instances actually hurts production. Stanford wants you to put as many instances on as possible because they get more accomplished, but if you're in it for the points as many of us are, two instances is not usually the way to go. I'm going to turn big WU's and -advmethods on my 3.2 off and see if just the regular little WU's have any impact.

If I remember right Overkiller wanted the client to not use much resources. So he probably doesn't want to run QMD, good points but uses lots of ram and memory bandwidth.
