We are 17th again 🙂

TeAm producing a little more then Speedguide.net and it is enough to keep them behind us!
(but difference is small).

Teams:

16. Xtreme Systems

total score: 143,585.24

week total: 20,699.41

17. Team AnandTech

total score: 124,430.82

week total: 8,685.74

18. SpeedGuide.net

total score: 124,334.58

week total: 8,478.37

Keep folding!

thx, good news 🙂 If only we could stay ahead of them... I went to their forum and as far as I could see they are mainly a F@H/G@H team... got Seti too, but only as a side project (?).

I made some tests with my Athlon xp 1600+

I've used protein : p611_trpzip1_ext with 400 frames, tinker core.

at stock speed 1600+ (1400 mhz, 133x10.5) needs 1min. 38 sec. per frame

at 1800+ (1540 mhz, 147x10.5) needs 1min. 30 sec. per frame

at 1900+ (1575 mhz, 150x10.5 - not exactly 1900+) needs 1min. 28 sec. per frame

Difference between 1600 and 1900 is 10 seconds which means that I gained about 4000 secs (10 sec x 400 frames) for a complete protein and it is about 66,6 minutes!
That is not bad at all!

setup:
athlon xp 1600+ at 1900+
some low end cooler
temp 49-50 celsius
vcore at 1.90 v
256 mb ddr 266mhz, nanya, at cl2
ddr voltage rised up to 2.75v (default 2,5v)
maxtor 20 gb hd
xabre 400 graphic
300w unknown psu
ecs k7s5a mainboard

Keep clocking! (ups.. Folding!) 🙂

it looks like assuming constant production we will pull away from those guys. I had lots of additions late in the week so next week should be a higher total from me plus i have my desktop off for the weekend and a few more computers to recruit to our cause.

Thanks for the stats Strawa 🙂

Let's keep SpeedGuide.net on our backs and aim higher to the likes of AOA Forums & MadOnion.com.

roger that! 🙂

rumor is that I got a couple of the 1.4Ghz athlon xp's added to my f@h profile this break and I have a couple more coming.

I expect to be adding a few to my profile myself since my recent jump in production is from my friend 😱.
