I just restarted my main system (P4 2.4C) and both were at 80% now they started over and said that the work files could not be found. I've never seen that before.

Are you sure you started the client from the right folder (the folder the exe is in)? That's the only thing I could think of that would cause that, aside from a bug in the client. 😕

I have that set on both instances. I think what happened is that each of them started 2 times with firedaemon and screwed everything up.
