Woohooo 500 already. I just joined this week! Actually I'm almost at 750 already today. We just got in a pair of 2.4Gh Xeon stations that won't go into production until 3 weeks...so you know what they'll be doing until then 🙂

Shoot!! I can't get any work unit on my other 2 of Dell machine. What is going on with Standford? It's been like this since yesterday. I download new client version, fresh installed in these new systems and no work unit downloaded. Today I try Console version but still the same thing.

It might relate to Firewall (norton internet securities), but all my folding systems has this software installed. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you sure your firewall settings are the same? Perhaps something got changed that's not allowing F@H to get out? 😕

Everything the same, I've done a home network for a couple of years. Finally I got it, I'm not really sure what I did. I think I changed some options back and forth. Seem like I couldn't get through the server at standford.

Is anyone in the group running on Athlon Tbirds and having luck with SSE? I'm thinking of upgrading from a Athlon 1800 Palamino to a Athlon 2400 Tbird. I understand that the SSE instruction set is causing problems on some Tbirds when running Gromacs. Running 3dnow instruction sets causes a 30 to 40% loss in production, so I'm afraid to upgrade. Thanks for your learned opinions in advance.

I'm on a barton (which is a T-bred.... T-Birds are the old ones... before palomino) anyway the SSE thingy seems to be working ok here.
