You need to run the client with "-verbosity 9" to get the benchmark result recorded to the log file. Each time the client starts, if the verbosity is set to 9, it will write something like the following to the log and to the screen:
[14:14:50] Loaded queue successfully.
[14:14:50] + Benchmarking ...
[14:14:53] The benchmark result is 5520
[14:14:53]
[14:14:53] + Processing work unit

The result that you see (in my case, 5520) is your benchmark.

This number is convenient for comparing relative performance between some machines, but it doesn't help as much as a real frame time average of a given WU (a monitoring program like KDFold or Electron Microscope III will tell you your average time per frame; compare frame averages from the same type of WU, such as perhaps p538_BBA_ext, across multiple systems to get the most accurate benchmark).
 
Thanks, One of my machines when it finishes WU's hust sits there at "Shutting Down Core". When I restart the console it just starts the WU all over again. I have already reinstalled. It is working on the other instance I have running on the same machine. This is the same setup I had working before my MB got RMA'd.

Unfortunately, I'm not really sure what could be at fault here. Are you still using -advmethods or -forceasm? You might want to try without those, first without the latter, then the former if necessary.

On one of my machines, the client kept crashing (some sort of core communication error) right after finishing the last frame of a Gromacs WU; it would then start over. This happened multiple times, until I deleted the folder, downloaded a fresh copy of the client, and started again from scratch. However, if you've done that already, I am definitely not sure what the problem could be. Unless you happen to be overclocking, and your new motherboard doesn't have the same level of tolerance for higher MHz that your old one had.
