Help! This is running on a system I have access to locally. Every time I check progress and mouse over the icon in the systray it says "connection closed" is this right? It appears to be doing something but this is the current info:

Woah, it's been working on that protein since Jan 27th? Sorry, but the deadline time on that would be getting close by now. It may be processing the WU and just not updating the display; in that case, you could tell by installing KDFold and pointing it at the Folding@Home\work folder, to see what it tells you (perhaps you're already almost done with the WU). Another possibility is that there is some other process in the background that is sucking up all the spare CPU time, so F@H gets none. Open up the Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, and sort descending by CPU usage; watch that for a moment or two to see what's going on. FahCore_65.exe should be getting around 90% of the CPU time.

Anyway, sorry, but this is all that I can come up with off the top of my head, and I've got homework and other crap to do now. Check out these suggestions, and if they can't help you, post again (preferrably, please carry this discussion over to the new stats thread for tonight, if it's been posted at that time).
