F@H question - Possible to run multiple clients?

Heyyyyyyyyy,
I'm new to DC and F@H! I got it running on both my Mac Mini and my PC at home. I was wondering, is there a way to make the clients run at full speed?

About my PC
I looked at the CPU usage on my PC, and it seems to be capped at 50%, no matter what priority I set it to. I'm guessing thats because its only using 1/2 cores from my X2 3800+...

About the Mac Mini
It looks like the CPU Usage is around 99%, but when I open up the "CPU Usage" Window for Activity Monitor, its only around 50%. I guess its something having to do with the dual core situation as well...
