Tried to open up F@H when I went home on my lunch break. It showed up in the taskbar and I clicked on the icon, the F@H box came up but it was blank. Then my screen went black like there was no signal.

Normally I don't use the PC as it is my dads. He hasn't made any complaints about anything like this happening and I have F@H running automatically when he logs on. It just seems that on my login F@H didn't want to work.

He wasn't logged on so F@H was not running twice. Why didn't mine work and why would it kill the signal to my monitor?

Are we talking about the GUI or CLI version here? 'Cause some ppl report problems with their OpenGL drivers and the GUI version of F@H.

Sounds like the GUI... I have never recommended the screensaver due to issues, but I may have to stop recommending the GUI also. :(

If your computer often sits at the login screen, then perhaps you would consider running the CLI version of F@H as a system service, so it runs all the time - regardless of whether someone's logged in - and stays hidden out of sight (you can use a program like F@H Logstats to check up on it now and then). LMK if you want more info on how to do this. :)
