Aortic valve replaced. And here is a good nerd fact. Mine is model number TF-23A, and it also has a serial number ! Now I just need 7 more weeks to recoperate/

Yes, I can't do anything almost without help, but wanted to let you know I can spend a few minutes a day in front of the computer, and watching my crunchers.

On a side note, when I read the model number, I immediately read it as TF-2, and then remember this movie: http://www.teamfortress.com/classes.php?class=medic#movie

Glad it seemed to have gone well! Seems like you got a St Jude valve (based on the search).

For those who aren't in the know - although he'll need time to recover, a valve replacement can significantly improve the quality of life from the outset =)
