Monday I will be having open heart surgery, so I won't be able to check my boxes for weeks.

Aortic valve replacement.

Its a manufactured Bovine (cow) valve. Aortic valve.

I did not realize, they are not cow heart valves, but "human" valves manufactured from cow heart material.
