are you saying I can avoid them by using -advmethod switch?

It's a Dell 2.2GHz P4 - with 1 GB RAM, 60GB HD, 1600x1200 screen, DVD, CD-RW - the works! Cost £950 (about $1500) from the Dell Outlet here in the UK (where they sell machines which were returned and/or refurbed). Unfortunately it's a work machine (and yes we can run DC) so it only has an 8-9 hour duty cycle. It's a very nice machine, unfortunately I should have been a bit smarter and purchased it for personal use, and bought another for business use - I've been checking on the Dell Outlet recently and haven't been able to find anything nearly as good at that price point 🙁

i tried without switch and got tinker wu again, with switch -advmethods got gromacs 🙂
