What steps do you take to get the GPU to run on one core, and SMP on the other three cores ?

FAH Mon indicates I get most PPD ( 4619 vs 5276 ) with GPU + 2 x SMP with affinity changer ..

 
You can't designate specific cores with either client. They just spread themselves out as they see fit.
I got more points per day when I ran a single SMP, but it might just depend on which WUs are crunching. I'd keep it like you have it if that is giving you the biggest PPD.
