F@H:Is the text console faster than the one with graphics?

If you have the graphical client set to work only when the screensaver appears, then yes, using the console version would be faster. But, the graphical client can be set to work in the background and work all the time, same as the console client does. So in that instance, there is no real improvement, times are the same.
