F@H Gromacs or Tinker?

How do I tell what I am currently crunching?

If you use the Electron Microscope III monitoring program, the blue icon indicates Gromacs, and the green icon indicates Tinker. Otherwise, go to the Folding@Home folder and open FAHlog.txt. Scroll to the very end, then back until you get to the part where it sends one WU and gets another; just beyond that will be a message that says Gromacs or Tinker.

Or call up task manager. If you have FahCore_78.exe running, you have Gromacs. FahCore_65.exe is Tinker.

I think that's the Genome core.

Correct. It's technically a different project, but you still get points for F@H, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure your WU Preference is set for F@H, and you'll get F@H WUs 99.9% of the time (unless all of the F@H WU servers are down while .none of the G@H WU servers are).
