F@H: CPU 6.22 b2 not using 100% CPU

I have a Q6600 + an 8800gt so i want to run 1 x SMP client and 1 x GPU client
the GPU client i'm using (6.20) seems to be running okay but my CPU client (6.22 beta2) isn't using 100% of my CPU.

here is a breakdown of my task manager sorted by highest CPU usage first:
1. System Idle Process: 36 <~ CPU Usage
2. FahCore_a1.exe: 23
3. FahCore_a1.exe: 13
4. FahCore_a11.exe: 10 (GPU CLIENT)
5. FahCore_a1.exe: 9
6: FahCore_1.exe: 8
7-end: misc programs

i'm running the CPU client with a shortcut with the -smp -deino tags in the target line.
but i have 2 questions:

1. why is System Idle Proess using 36% of my CPU?
2. why aren't my CPU+GPU clients using 100% of my CPU?

(both Q's can probably be answered together)

Stop the client and go into the FAH SMP directory and rename the FAH.exe to something like FAH-old.exe. Download the FAH6.22beta2-SMP-shm.exe executable and rename it FAH.exe and copy into the FAH SMP directory and then restart the client.
