F@H as a service-running two instances

My work computer is a Pentium 4 3.00, which can run two instances of F@H simultaneously. I did that for a while, but felt it slowed my computer down unacceptably so I eliminated one of the services.

Can I set up a second instance of F@H (as a service, preferably) so that it only runs in the off hours? How to do this?

Operating system is Win XP Hiome, system has 1.5 GB of RAM.

With Task Scheduling you can set a task to only run after the computer is idle for so many minutes. Not sure if the other client running will make the computer never be idle

You can also set a task to start and stop at certain times.
