Did anyone else notice they were gone? I checked the point values the other day and didn't see any 600 pointers, but I just got one and they're back on the list. Someone please tell me i'm not halucinating...again.
 
Yes, it looks like there are both series of BigWUs again, the 600 and 300+ pointers! 😀

For newer people: They are worth double points, because they use more resources and are bigger down/up loads.

To get them: Configure with a "yes" for WUs of 5 MB in size. It sometimes is necessary to have the "-advmethods" flag. If you need help on how to do these things we can point you to directions or tell you 😛

I forgot about these.

Does having "bigpackets=yes" and "-advmethods" on the CLI service enable me to receive these large packets? Presumably they do but I want to be sure. 🙂

oh well, at least I slipped one of them in a day or so ago. :thumbsup:

That means it's still accepting them right? It's just not giving out anymore.
 
@jeffcos: Yeah, it still receives them when it is iced (blue)

@Pokey: I see that it is green now... only 200 available.... I've got about an hour before I upload a new one.... hope I can snag one of those 200 😀

Wohoo!!! My machine had snagged one and just sent it in. I LOVE these, but they take a few days for my crunchers to digest them. It goes...long, dry spell...then, all of a sudden...BAM!!! 1800 points :0 (if you're lucky)

keep on crunching!!
