F.E.A.R. gfx still amaze me

Just beat F.E.A.R. again for the second time, and I hafta say, that even w/ the graphics on low (mobile pc) the graphics are frickin sweet. I really like this game, even though I thought it was a piece of crap when I first saw it; big mistake. Started playing and got hooked. I love the HV gun; shoot someone and watch them get pinned to the wall.

However, the game still scares the ****** outa me at certain points, probably not as much as Ravenholm in HL2, but it's still pretty far up there.

Any other feelings about the game?

Ravenholm was pretty scary, but it was just a small section of a game.. F.E.A.R. was pretty good the whole way through. I loved using the HV Penetrator and the laser gun thingy that disintegrated them into skeletons.

It's fun, but I don't much like online. Too much spawn camping and I personally thing you die too quickly. *puts on flame suit*

It's boring. The full game is like playing the demo a half a dozen times.

imo, its one of the better games ive played in the past couple years, with only half life 2 beating it. gameplay was pretty good, but it can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially if your low on health or ammo and then run into one of those rocket blasting bastards. :| :laugh:

Basing on the screenshots, the graphics sucked IMO.

It is nice but Doom 3 kinda had more atmosphere.
Besides with bullet-time / slow-mo, you're practically invincible.
