Nobody knows. I believe you pay $5 more to have "director,s cut" printed on the DVD.

Its a great game! I am in the process of playing it right now. Its hard to play late at night though. I nearly jumped out of my chair last night! In the game you are walking down a dark hallway with intense sound effects and then a body crashed through a window in front of you! It will get your blood pumping for sure! Its right up there with half life! A+++
