bascically i made an order online LAST night and called this morning to cancel. less than 24 hrs later mind you. and the lady tells me, oh thats been routed to the warehouse i cant cancel your order. it hasnt even been shipped yet and i cant cancel my order. what a sh*tty way to do business.

oh im glad people are always quick on the ball for sarcasm too. i accidently press enter when i was going for shift..geez

normally, people praise companies for processing orders so quickly. So lemme get this straight.... You complete an order, an internet contract if you will, and they've already begun processing your order. You decide that you didn't do your homework or just don't have enough money, and now THEY should just completely stop production?

no sympathy from me.

This subject has come up many times - people wanting to cancel an order the next day. Why do people want to do that?

How exactly do you accidentally order something anyways? You have to add it to cart, check out, select shipping, fill in billing info, and confirm order.
