Gr. I ordered a sweater and a hat from them, and everything said "IN STOCK." Then I get a call on my voicemail, so I call them back. They say that my credit card number was wrong, so I corrected that. Everything was set to ship, and I should be expecting it soon. I called J Crew this morning to check the status of my order (deciding whether or not to go check my mail), and they tell me that the hat has shipped, but the sweater is on back order. The sweater is on back order until February!
That's freaking bull, I should have received a phone call or something. I cancelled my order, but I was really expecting to get that sweater today. This is infuriating. It makes it worse that the lady that called about my card never said anything about the sweater being on backorder.
