Oh, ok. It's not an F-16 it's a CT-155, and that's not a duck.

Anyway, what does 'T6NL' mean? It sure sounds important.
 
by looking online, that was a training touch and go with a instructor in with the pilot. both the pilot and instructor ejected safely but the instructor had spine damage.
