No, it's not a referral link.

This portion at the end, adid=17653&dcaid=17653, only means that it came from their email subscribers. I have the same link in my email from them. The ID's at the end change every day reflecting their emails that are sent on any particular day. It's their way of tracking if their buyers are coming from the emails they send to the subscribers.
