EZCD Creator 5 and Take Two

I just tried to backup my harddrive for the first time using Take Two but it wouldn't work. It said "No supportable drives". It chose the right destination drive by itself and then says it isn't the right drive. I have burned music and data CD's before and after it gave me this message.
Any suggestions to make Take Two work would be great.

What operating system are you using? Is your computer desktop or laptop? All these things make a difference with Take Two. (See page 8-2 of the ECDC 5 User's Guide.)
