EZ-Plug and / or ATX12V1 plug ??

Some people say to only connect either the EZ-plug or the ATX12V1 plug. And some people say using both connections helps. I would assume that 12 volts is 12 volts no matter what shape the connector, but I may be wrong. I?m thinking if one extra power connection is better for the mobo, then wouldn?t two extra connections be even better? Anyway, should I connect one or both? What has worked better for you guys?

I would connect both as well. The biggest concern I'd have is the unsightliness of the extra wiring
