Im jus lookin for some feedback on whether i should upgrade or not. I have a 12-10-32a Plex-writer, and im using the oem Adaptec 4 that came with it.. though i recently "acquired" Ver 5 Platinum, is it worth the upgrade.. Keep in mind I am running millenium.. and btw how does 5 fair on Win2k?.. thanx in advance..

Compare the features yourself at roxio.com, it may or may not be worth it to upgrade, but it's up to you.
