Eyefinity group hotkeys?

I've been trying to setup a few monitors for eyefinity, but after creating a group and saving the preference the configuration seems to be messed up after I try to hotkey back into them.
I could be doing things wrong/overwriting a preference or something, but what I've done is basically setup the group to my liking in catalyst control center then added a preset with a hotkey to get to it.
Immediately afterwards I setup the monitors to another setup i.e. all disabled except my TV and then added another preset with a hotkey.
Pressing the hotkeys don't seem to work though as with the only TV setup nothing seemed to happen, while on a monitor setup pressing the hotkey seemed to turn on one of my monitors and the TV instead of all my monitors. My TV is hooked up to my motherboard so that might be a problem as well, but wanted to know if anyone has any tips on how to do something like this. Windows + P, let's me get to using only the TV, but I'd like some kind of hotkey to get to my eyefinity group and a single monitor use as well.

The newer drivers SUCK about this. Try hitting the combo multiple times. E.g., if you need to hit CTRL+W try hitting CTRL+W then wait a second, then CTRL + W again, and again if needed.
