Eyeball pressure

I have a cold so maybe it's my sinuses but for the whole day I've had this pressure on my eyeballs. When I roll my eyes around it feels like they're being pushed down on, and it's giving me the worst headache. I have to keep looking straight foward. What the crap??
 
I don't have myopia. Hell, I don't even know what it is. But I don't think I'm tired, I got a good sleep last night (7 hours is a good sleep, I normally don't sleep much).
