For every person who's willing to read through those tutorials, there's another dozen that just click through because they want to use their phone RIGHT NAO!!! :)

It only takes a minority of users to ignore those warnings and tutorials to make a gigantic stink about it all over the internet.

Where is the gigantic stink about all the already existing features they've implemented?

Like what specifically?

As far as I can tell, all of the current unique functionality still requires conscious user interaction that can be easily correlated to the functionality. The screen zoomed out? Oh, I just swiped it kind of funny, must've triggered a gesture command by accident.

The device actively tracking your eyes and adjusting the screen accordingly is the first subconscious action with no direct contact to the device that is directly manipulating how the device behaves. Do you actively think about moving the muscles in your eyeballs like you do your hands? I certainly dont. There's no clear "gotcha" moment where you realize its your eyes that caused it and not the device misbehaving.

They already have eye tracking stuff that's been out for a while now. Have you actually used a recent Samsung phone? There are plenty of pop up guides showing how stuff works.

I wonder if Apple will sue for using the word "eye", basically mocking their "i". First you got eyeScroll technology, then full eyeControl, next thing you know you have an entire eyePhone. The Samsung eyePhone.

I can't wait for Apple, Google or someone else to implement it so that it "just works". It's good that Samsung is actually interested in providing services instead of just hardware but they have ways to go before being in the same league as Apple.
You mean like voice control which is pretty crap on both Google and Apple devices?
