eye redness/blood vessels

Over the past few days, my eyes have increasingly shown more and more blood vessels on the surface (all the little red lines right?). I tried to google it but I couldn't find anything... anything I need to know?
 
it was probably just the very low humiditity during the cold snap
now that it has warmed back up, you should be ok
