EUV works and has been working for a while now. However, the fabs will start using it in mass production when it makes economic sense, and not before then.

TLDR; as a consumer, who cares?

Probably not that cheap, MediaTek is trying to move upmarket with its Helio X series. Also, I can't imagine that a 10nm Helio X30 has even taped out yet, let alone running at full performance in AnTuTu. First tape out was a few months ago and that was probably Apple.

BTW, the reason that Samsung is using EUV for 7nm while Intel and TSMC aren't, is because Samsung's 7nm is in 2020, while TSMC's 7nm is in 2018 (too early for EUV to be ready).
