Doesn't explain why people here act the way they do toward seafood but not insects that look just as ugly. The first time I saw shrimp swimming in a tank and realized that's what my parents were tearing the legs off and feeding me... ugh. Same with snails. I've been sucking what out now???

If spiders were as delicious as crab or lobsters, sign me up. When I am looking to eat animals, I am interested in their flavor and texture, not their elegance and natural beauty. That is why I enjoy turkey but have no interest in eating bald eagles, and I love pork but am not looking to eat a leopard.

There used to be a place in Vegas, Rosewood Bar and Grill where you could order 6 lb. lobsters. It went out of business last I heard a few years ago. Went there a couple times for pre-wedding lobster feasts. Last time, hehehe friend's dad offered to pay for all the guests about 13 or so people, his check was over $2,000.

was never a fan of chinese style lobster, they drown the lobster in sauces to add flavor to their flavorless lobsters. simple is always better.

I used to summer in York beach, I miss NE seafood but the home prices and taxes are insane. That's one hell of a lobster roll right there!, no minced up little bits, whole claw chunks= a quality product.
